New Zealand Diary

From May 27 to Jun 8, 2008 we have been in New Zealand. Mayli was participating to the Neutrino 2008 meeting in Christchurch, and I joined for the ride. After her conference ended, we rented a car and drove for 3,000 km through the mountains, valleys and coasts of the South Island. We saw beautiful sceneries, and amazing wild life (penguins!).





Of course I brought my camera with me. Hey, it was the whole point. I shot more than 1,500 photos, a bunch of which are perhaps worth sharing. This is what these posts are for: to remind myself of the places I have been, the stories behind them, and the images that I brought back with me.
