New Server

The new server is up and running. It is actually the old server, but with a new disk and a new version of the Linux operating system. It took quite a lot to migrate everything from the old disk (which died once and for all while I was working on the migration), and to make everything to work with the new version of the software (the old one was ancient). The problem is that we are using the server for a lot of different tasks. Not just the blog, but also email, private photo server, etc... Actually one uncle of Mayli that is teaching in a small University in venezuela is actually hosting on the server the course-work for his classes. So it was a lot of work checking that all these individual piece of software would work properly together. I hope things will now run smoothly.
