The dorm

Mt. Hopkins, AZ (Feb 7, 2007)

This is the “bowl” area dorm at the FWLO observatory in AZ, that serves the astronomers observing at the MMT or the (now defunct) IOTA interferometer. Another dorm is in the “ridge” area serving the 48, 60 inch, the robotic PAIRITEL telescope and the gamma ray telescope. The photos in the previous post was shot from one of the rooms of this dorm.
