Sometimes you can fall in love with words and pictures and, reality is changed forever! Sometimes.
You did it again...Beautiful photograph, Massimo!
We spent the weekend way up in the mountains, and was told about this old man who used to live alone on a tiny island, in a tiny shed on one of the lakes. He had lived there all his life.He used to say that his bed was the grass, and nature was his kitchen... I could barely see the cabin because of heavy rain, and because it got dark. Jeanette and I tried to walk close enough to photograph, but had to turn. We vere afraid we could get lost in the mountains... We`ll go back sometime and try to find it again. In the meantime, I`ll look at your photo... Sometimes you have to run back to the car, fast, because the car is far and it is going to rain upon you. Sometimes you don’t want to get your camera wet. Sometimes it’s you that gets wet, and sometimes not.
Wonderfully moody shot. And excellent prose to go with it.
This is a wonderful shot. I can imagine sitting there and listening to the silence.
wow, que foto amigo. Parece sacada de una película de terror. Excelnte trabajo.
I totally got a Wuthering Heights feel from this. I can imagine Heathcliff wandering down along the water’s edge.
Ah dreamy and beautiful! It’s one of these images when I look at, I just wish I was there.
I’m glad that my monitor allows me to look at this photo and your previous one together. I have to confess that I am one of those people who prefers rainy days on the beach to sunny ones, and these two put me there, where I love to be. They’re both great.
