Photoblogs Magazine is running a spotlight I made on Daniel Herrera, about his photography, artistic nudes that reveal the soul, Anna, Noah, and the story of a spider and a fly. Have a look!

This is Ariel, the youngest component of the musical quartet of which Natasha and Coralie are playing. His mother liked this photo because it was showing the way he was holding the bow. He had practiced that a lot this year and the results of his study really showed.

In the last few days this blog had ben on and off the internet, due to network problems of all sorts. First an ethernet cable (still not sure it was the cable and not the network card of the server), and then a connection outage at our ISP. I hope things will go smooth from now on...

I’ve been enjoying these muscian photos of yours. Both my wife and daughter play the violin, so I understad Ariel’s mother’s interest in this photo (as well as his proper grip on the bow). I think what interests me the most about photos like this, of musicians, is the intense concentration that they display. I know that when I achieve this level of concentration on anything I do, the outcome is always pleasing.

I think I like this one the best Massimo. I can actually see in Ariel’s face that he is feeling the music he is playing. Beautiful body language and you’ve caught it without words or sound.

i love picture wuith instruments there are so romantic, thank you for every thing and remember...I didn’t decide to be a photographer; I just happened to fall into it, hahaha
