Crane Beach (September 19, 2004)
On Sunday I went to Crane Beach (Boston north shore). As usual I left home very late and I arrived only a couple of hours before the sunset (the gate of the parking lot close at sunset). I was a little upset because it was cloudy, and I though I wouldn’t have the light I needed to take pictures. Instead, thanks to the strong wind, the clouds disappeared quite fast and the light become warm and rich. This is taken from the sand dunes, along the naturalistic trails on the back of the beach, looking towards the ocean. The wind was making those white magnificent waves, quite unusual for the area.
